5 or 4?

How many bowlers does it take to knock over the West Indies?

Apparently 5 is the magic number.

But Harmison is gone. So is Sidebottom (oh dear). Monty's in, as is Khan, the new boy.

Will any of these changes make a difference?

Fingers crossed.

Is that the final nail in the Harmless One's test career? Why should he need to ask Andrew Strauss what he needs to do to get back in the test team? Bowl flaming fast, scare batsmen or hurt them and take wickets. It's not rocket science...

Chuffed for Amjad Khan (hope he has a good game) but I'd rather Matthew Hoggard was out there. I'm not sure I see England winning this match to square the series though...

Still, there's test cricket on 2 Sky Sports channels *smile* Wish the SA-Aus test had been on tv yesterday though, I was in the Bok Shop and Bar in London for a while...

It's a lovely day when there's so much cricket to watch. If only the England game was in the bag...

Sounds to me from reading the statements from Strauss, Flower etc that patience has run out with Harmison. Since from the Oval test last summer (4 wickets), he has taken 5-237 in three tests.

Since 2005 Ashes, 83 wickets @ 37.26.
